Well? How about it Jack?

Another Marine facing charges in the Haditha massacre is cleared. I wonder if Jack "Stab em in the back" Murtha will ever get around to retracting, or God forbid, apologize for his inflammatory remarks? I tell you, I am not holding my breath.

Lance Cpl. Stephen B. Tatum will be compelled to testify in the court-martial of his former squad leader.

CAMP PENDLETON -- Involuntary manslaughter charges were dropped Friday against a 27-year-old Marine lance corporal who had faced trial for crimes stemming from the Marine killings of 24 civilians in Haditha, Iraq, in 2005.
